As the Base Operations Coordinator you will provide high‑level administrative, coordination and business support to our new Singapore cabin crew base. The role supports the day‑to‑day operation of the base by coordinating processes, managing enquiries and ensuring timely, accurate and compliant administrative outcomes. You’ll act as a central point of contact between cabin crew, base leadership and internal operational teams. This includes managing and triaging enquiries, coordinating onboarding activities, supporting invoicing and reporting, and assisting with ad‑hoc projects and programs of work that support operational performance. The role works closely with internal stakeholders across workforce planning, payroll, training and operations, as well as external port stakeholders in Singapore, to support effective resolution of crew‑related and operational matters. The successful candidate will be highly adaptable and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a fast paced operational environment.
You’ll have -
- Demonstrated ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential information
- Highly developed time management and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
- Strong focus on attention to detail
- High level of customer service - internal and external
- Accurate word processing and spreadsheet skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proven written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation and customers
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and to strict time constraints
- Prior experience in a similar position is advantageous
- The right to live and work in Singapore
