Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the bar team to ensure smooth operations.

• Ensure exceptional guest service by training and coaching staff on service standards and product knowledge.

• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage cost controls to maximize profitability.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in accordance with company policies and health regulations.

• Assist with creating and updating beverage menus, including specialty cocktails and promotions.

• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

• Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new bar staff.

• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience.

Knowledge:

• In-depth knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.

• Familiarity with bar equipment and its proper usage.

• Understanding of inventory management and cost control principles.

• Awareness of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

• Knowledge of customer service standards in luxury hospitality environments.

• Understanding of the Four Seasons brand values and service culture
