Bar Antoine is the vibrant heart of the Pavyllon London experience, a place to gather, celebrate and connect in true Mayfair style. Chef Yannick Alléno’s first-ever bar concept blends the relaxed charm of a neighborhood favourite with the sophistication of a world-class cocktail destination.
The role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team at Bar Antoine. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a world-class hospitality experience, working alongside a team that values creativity, excellence, and genuine guest connection.
What you will do:
Support the Bar Manager in the daily operations of Bar Antoine
Lead and inspire the bar team to deliver exceptional service and memorable guest experiences
Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and service standards
Assist in training, mentoring, and developing team members
Maintain stock control, hygiene standards, and compliance with health & safety regulations
Contribute to the development of innovative cocktails and beverage offerings
What you bring:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within a luxury or high-end bar environment
Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and wines
A passion for hospitality and a flair for delivering outstanding guest service
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A proactive, hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail
