What You Will Do:

• Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

• Lead, train, and mentor bartenders and bar staff to maintain high-quality service.

• Develop and maintain an innovative and well-balanced beverage menu.

• Manage inventory, order supplies, and control stock to minimize waste and costs.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.

• Monitor bar performance, analyze sales trends, and implement strategies to boost revenue.

• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.

• Work closely with restaurant management and kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations.

• Organize and oversee special events, promotions, and cocktail masterclasses.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.

What You Will Bring:

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or senior bartender in a high-volume establishment.

• Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, wine, and beverage pairings.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Understanding of financial and inventory management in bar operations.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Japanese.
