• Respect the project design and its deliverables;
• Input the test subjects into the dedicated tool, according to the standards in place;
• Ensure the elaboration, validation and communication of all the test project deliverables within his/her scope (in accordance with the standards in place);
• Guarantee the correct prioritization of the tests within his/her scope;
• Contribute to the organisation of the Business Analyst intelligence;
• Ensure the execution of the Tests within a project;
• Input the test results in the dedicated tool;
• Report any risk of non-commitment regarding delays or quality;
• Give feedback to the Test Manager and direct hierarchy on the progress of the project;
• Ensure the communication to the project stakeholders through the creation of test reports;
• Manage project committees (test progress & defects);
• Contribute to the identification and correction of any anomalies within the project;
• Input the anomalies into the correct tool;
• Contribute to the prioritization of the project anomalies;
• Participate in the correction of the anomalies and posterior validation;
• Provide the necessary elements to draft final reports the report and procedures.

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or an IT related discipline;
• Knowledge of the test methodology principles and vocabulary (ISTQB);
• Experience in testing applications for life insurance or banking products (desirable);
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Test activities;
• Able to build a test strategy and test schedule;
• Able to manage one or more software testers;
• Able to work in an Agile environment;
• Knowledge on Octane, JIRA and Confluence;
• Knowledge in SQL language;
• Fluent communication skills in English and French (both written & verbal)
