Job Description
- Leading the design and development of custom applications on the Salesforce platform.
- Architecting and implementing complex Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
- Providing technical leadership to cross-functional teams of developers, architects, and analysts.
- Mentoring and coaching junior developers and conducting code reviews.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
- Developing and implementing best practices for Salesforce development, integration, and deployment.
- Troubleshooting and debugging issues related to Salesforce applications.
- Implementing integrations between Salesforce and other systems, including third-party APIs.
- Writing and executing unit and integration tests. Creating and maintaining technical documentation.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, web services, and middleware.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security and data modeling.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or Technical Architect are preferred.
- Experience leading teams and providing technical leadership.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
