What you'll do:

Are you a network and infrastructure expert ready to support and shape connectivity? We’re building a Talent Pool of professionals with deep technical knowledge in WAN, LAN, WLAN, and enterprise infrastructure, who are passionate about delivering robust, scalable, and secure network solutions.

By joining our talent community, you’ll be considered for future opportunities where you can:

- Act as a technical authority in network architecture and infrastructure

- Evaluate, test, and implement new network technologies and solutions

- Support global projects and ensure alignment with enterprise standards

- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-performance infrastructure

- Provide Tier 3 support for complex incidents and contribute to continuous improvement

- Create and maintain technical documentation, guidelines, and best practices

- Ensure infrastructure readiness for new business initiatives and system upgrades

- Define and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery metrics

As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).

Who you are:

- Have strong experience in enterprise networking (WAN, LAN, WLAN)

- Are familiar with network architecture, design, and implementation

- Can work across global teams and manage vendor relationships

- Are proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented

- Stay up to date with the latest in network and infrastructure technologies

- Speaks fluent English.

Where you'll be:

You can be based at the Curitiba administrative office. Located in Prado Velho, it is a new Electrolux location designed from the start to allow for more efficient, connected and flexible collaboration between Electrolux’s support teams. Or you can also be based at the São Paulo office, the center of Electrolux Sales and Marketing operations in Brazil and the workplace of collaborators who are driven by the creation of value along the steps of the Consumer Journey.
