About the Role
负责渠道业务推动与赋能，通过定制化培训及一对一辅导提升营销技能，辅助挖掘高净值客户需求并完成日常活动量管理。岗位职责
1、负责业务推动、业务辅导、培训、联络和相关服务工作。
2、开展专业营销技能进阶培训，快速响应渠道的个性化需求，提供定制化培训方案和及时的一对一辅导演练。
3、辅助渠道挖掘高净值客户保险需求、配合渠道完成客户保险规划。
4、按公司规定参加培训及会议，完成活动量管理工作。
5、完成上级交办的其他工作。
任职资格条件
1、大学本科及以上学历；
2、通过公司和监管要求的相关培训及资格认证考试；
3、原则上应有5年及以上保险营销和管理相关经验，具备保险产品专家、顾问或培训工作经验者优先；
4、熟悉保险及金融业务知识，需具有CICE保险证书、LOMA证书、AFP证书、CFP证书、RFP证书、FRM证书或官方认证的其他保险专业证书之一；
5、具有协助渠道进行客户资产配置的能力，熟悉保险外一个或多个产品类别的专业知识，具有相关销售支持经验者优先；
6、有较强的培训能力及较强的沟通协调能力。

Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Completion of company- and regulatory-required training and qualification examinations
- Generally, at least five years of insurance marketing and management experience
- At least one recognized professional certification, such as CICE, LOMA, AFP, CFP, RFP, FRM, or another officially recognized insurance certification
- Knowledge of insurance and financial services business
- Ability to assist channel teams with customer asset allocation and insurance planning
- Knowledge of one or more non-insurance product categories
- Strong training, communication, and coordination skills
- Experience as an insurance product specialist, consultant, or trainer
- Related sales-support experience
