The Data Integration Analyst 2 is responsible for facilitating / executing the day-to-day activities that support the execution, enablement and adoption of the Data Transformation Plan and/or support of use cases through collaboration with Functions, Regions and Lines of Business. An ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, strong interpersonal skills and project management expertise are required. The role requires sound analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate complex and dynamic material from various sources to support with business requirement documents, data issues and analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including the day-to-day execution activities and meetings
- Gathers and communicates project status, including any potential risks and issues that need escalation or change to project leads
- Analyzes information to develop content and design presentation materials for Governance forums
- Manage day-to-day activities related to the overall program / project, and associated dependencies. Allocate / coordinate work within team or project group
- Support resolution of project issues by offering solutions to resolve complex problems, and by interpreting and advising on policies, guidelines or processes
- Liaises with multiple Data teams/departments, and serve as subject matter for planning and analysis of project deliverables and processes
- Conducts analysis that contributes to work streams focusing on broad range of data initiatives including data requirements, issues management, Data Quality rules, lineage, Data Governance and taxonomy
- Research business requirements, and maps current and future state processes
- Contributes tactically to strategic design and process improvement project implementation across lines of business and functions working with Technology and Operations and other support organizations
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Experience with basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of industry practice and standards
- Analytical skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, Master's degree preferred
