JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
• Comply with the company's daily management and business quality management regulations, participate in various trainings, conferences and early morning and evening meetings organized by the company, and fill in the activity management tools.
• Be responsible for the cooperation and communication with relevant bank personnel at the branch offices under jurisdiction, and implement various publicity activities to promote sales and achieve performance targets
• Provide bank staff with training in insurance demand planning, sales skills, product knowledge and compliance requirements to enhance their sales performance and business quality
• Promptly feedback and solve the problem of issuing policies by the Bank-Insurer Connection (银保通) system to ensure that the branch offices issue policies normally
• Help customers and bank related personnel to contact and communicate with Operation Department of Manulife Sinochem
• Be responsible for the daily distribution and collection of various documents and security services, and assist relevant departments of the company to do a good job in claims and other after-sales services.
• Report violations or potential risks identified during the work and propose corrections or improvements in a timely manner
• Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.
• Comply with the rules and regulations established by the regulator
• Comply with the rules and regulations established by the company and with the regional & global rules and regulations confirmed by the company
• Comply with the business operations process established by the company or its department
• Act in compliance with national laws and regulations, corporate ethics codes and regulations of the compliance department
• Adhere to the principles of integrity and honesty. Avoid providing false financial notes or information to the company
• Keep a keen sense of risk control and compliance.
Requirements:
• Associate college degree or above, those majored in finance, marketing, and economy are preferred, and those with relevant experience are also acceptable
• Proactive, with a sense of responsibility
• Strong language skills and communication skills
• Strong ability to observe, analyze and solve problems
• Ability to work independently and with the desire and ability to work in teams
• Hard working and able to withstand high pressure
• Having a high political quality and moral cultivation, with good conduct and a certain sense of identity with the company
• Those with experience in insurance, banking, and sales are preferred.
