Key Responsibilities
- Must ensure all Line staff follow proper production specifications, providing training and guidance to the production line members.
- Must be willing and able to train other operators as needed.
- Is responsible for packaging integrity and quality checks on each packaging order
- Keeps Supervisor and/or Retail Manager informed of any issues with production run.
- Tracks line productivity including spillage, throughput, yield and any other critical parameters.
- Properly reports downtime, labor and materials used to Production Control.
