Bag Manufacturing Supervisor II, Cleanroom Operations

Leads daily cleanroom operations, supervising a team of cleanroom technicians, and ensuring adherence to contamination control protocols, safety standards, and operational efficiency. Independently resolves complex challenges by applying a broad and deep understanding of cleanroom procedures, making informed judgments based on experience and industry best practices. Ensures seamless operations by effectively managing resources, guiding team members, and maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Facilitates communication and collaboration with internal teams, such as engineering, quality and maintenance, and external stakeholders, including suppliers or auditors, to provide support, detailed explanations, and foster engagement.

Functieomschrijving

Voor de opbouw van een nieuwe business unit zoeken wij een ervaren en technisch sterke Supervisor. In de eerste fase werk je zelf actief mee en ligt de focus op de opstart van machines, processen en structuur.
De machines worden geleverd vanaf deze zomer, daarom zoeken we idealiter iemand die beschikbaar is vanaf juli.
Je krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid en vrijheid om binnen strategische kaders deze productieomgeving mee vorm te geven.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

·         Leiding nemen in opstart en inrichting van productieomgeving

·         Hands-on installatie en optimalisatie van machines

·         Coördinatie met leveranciers en partners

·         Opzetten van processen, standaarden en structuur

·         Borgen van kwaliteit en veiligheid

·         Voorbereiden op schaalvergroting en teamopbouw

Wat breng je mee

·         Ongeveer 10 jaar ervaring in productie/technische rol

·         Zeer sterk technisch inzicht

·         Ervaring met opstart of nieuwe installaties

·         Ondernemend, zelfstandig en hands-on

·         Sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel

·         Beschikbaar vanaf idealiter juli

·         Nederlands en/of Engels

Production Supervisor – New Business Unit

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Production Supervisor to support the build-up of a new business unit. In the first phase, you will be highly hands-on and focus on machinery, processes and structure.
Machines will be delivered starting this summer, so availability from July is strongly preferred.
You will have the ownership and autonomy to shape the production environment within strategic guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

·         Lead the setup of the production environment

·         Hands-on machine installation and optimization

·         Coordinate with suppliers and partners

·         Establish processes and standards

·         Ensure quality and safety

·         Prepare for scaling and team build-up

Requirements

·         Around 10 years experience in production/technical role

·         Strong technical expertise

·         Experience with start-ups or installations

·         Entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset

·         High ownership

·         Availability ideally from July

·         Dutch and/or English
