Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist
Location: On-site – Bacolod City, Philippines
Employment Type: Full-Time (Dayshift)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to help grow our business by identifying and qualifying potential leads. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving new business opportunities through research, data mining, cold outreach, and engagement. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and a strong understanding of the sales process to build a healthy pipeline of prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted research to identify potential leads across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Ziprecruiter, etc.)
- Develop and execute strategies for generating new leads, for email campaigns, cold calling, and social media outreach
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs and aligning them with company offerings
- Collaborate with team or project leader to ensure the quality output of leads generated.
- Maintain and update CRM databases with accurate and detailed lead information
- Track and report on lead generation performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in lead generation, sales development, or a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong understanding of B2B lead generation strategies and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong research skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is a plus
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Work Details:
- On-site in Bacolod City
- Monthly Allowances:
- Transportation Allowance - PHP 1,000 (effective on start date)
- Rice Allowance - PHP 2,000 (effective after 3rd month)

- Schedule: Monday to Friday MNL -- 7AM TO 4PM PST
