Processes US Sex offender searches.
Assists with Texas Stateside research.
Assists with Federal level research.
Processes and fulfills MVRs in some states.
Requests and processes releases.
Makes outgoing calls.
Researches records for criminal and non-criminal history.
Grading and compliance of criminal history.
Processing of releases and other received materials.
Other responsibilities as assigned. High School Diploma or equivalent and one (1) year of customer service experience.
Intermediate level in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communicative skills, both written and verbal.
Strong deductive reasoning and problem solving abilities.
Current PI License, or will obtain PI License. DISAWorks® system experience.
