What you'll do:
- Provide technical support to end-to-end Lalamove mobile applications
- Coordinate closely with local and HQ engineering teams
- Troubleshoot technical issues collaborate with team members
- Customize tech tools for local data compliance and optimize workflows
- Handle issues involving sensitive data with highest level of integrity
- Engage in ongoing compliance improvements and actively participate in privacy discussions
- Engage in post-launch operational support, including monitoring, alerting, debugging
What you'll need:
- Legally permitted to work in Malaysia
- 4+ years experience in software engineering or technical operations
- Knowledge of Java / PHP / Node.js / GoLang
- Knowledge of middlewares such as Redis/ElasticSearch/Kafka/RabbitMQ, etc
- Experience with backend microservices and APIs
- Experience in MySQL
- Demonstrated integrity and accountability in managing sensitive data and operational risks
- Experience in operational support, especially during launch periods
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, Chinese speaking capability is a plus
