Usul is a Silicon Valley AI lab helping America and its allies buy technology at the speed of Amazon Prime. We're Stanford dropouts, MIT AI scientists, and Tier-1 Special Forces Operators dedicating our lives to rebuilding the infrastructure that equips the Western world.
We’re the youngest founders to ever win a US Defense contract. Over the past year, we’ve helped Global 500 companies including RTX, BAE Systems, Palantir and Ukrainian drone manufacturers win $12B in contracts across 30 NATO nations.

Usul Compensation & Benefits Highlights
The following summarizes recurring compensation and benefits themes identified from responses generated by popular LLMs to common candidate questions about Usul and has not been reviewed or approved by Usul.
-
Fair & Transparent Compensation — Public job postings consistently display clear salary bands across roles (e.g., engineering, growth, sales), and available ranges are positioned in line with San Francisco early‑stage norms. This visibility signals an intent to set compensation expectations upfront.
-
Equity Value & Accessibility — Listings explicitly include equity alongside cash (e.g., 0.05%–0.75%), indicating accessible ownership opportunities across several roles. Early‑stage framing presents equity as a core component of total compensation.
