The Deployment Strategist will lead customer deployments, manage post-sale relationships, drive upsell opportunities, and collaborate with various teams to enhance product use in defense and space sectors.

Design end-to-end product experiences for a commercial defense procurement platform. Conduct user research and prototyping, collaborate with engineers and product leadership, maintain design system quality, translate brand into product, and deliver polished GUIs and workflows for commercial and government operator users.

Build and maintain core backend platform infrastructure used by government and enterprise customers. Design, deploy, and operate services using cloud (AWS/GCP), Kubernetes, Terraform, Linux, and automation tooling. Integrate agentic/LLM tooling and ensure production reliability and security for mission-critical national security workloads. Collaborate with engineering leadership to deliver scalable, secure infrastructure.

Work on-site with government and commercial customers to build full‑stack AI agent workflows and LLM-powered tooling. Develop intuitive React UIs, integrate backend systems, present solutions to operators and C-suite stakeholders, and travel to military bases to deploy and iterate mission-critical national security software.

The Chief of Staff will design and execute strategic projects, support the CEO in go-to-market strategies, drive execution across teams, and manage operational systems.

The Fullstack Engineer will build data pipelines and intuitive UIs using AI technologies, primarily React, NextJS, and Python, while working with governmental contract data.
