Role: Backend / Platform Engineer (AI Systems)
Experience: 3–8 years
About the Role
You will build the core platform services and APIs that power AI workflows, integrations, and enterprise deployments.
Responsibilities
Design and build scalable backend services and APIs
Develop microservices for QA workflows, scoring, and insights delivery
Integrate with internal and external systems (CRM, contact center, etc.)
Build orchestration layers for AI workflows
Ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability
Collaborate with AI and data teams for seamless integration
Required Skills
Strong backend development (Python, Node.js, or Java)
Experience building REST/gRPC APIs
Familiarity with microservices architecture
Experience with AWS (Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway)
Understanding of system design and distributed systems
Nice to Have
Experience with event-driven systems (Kafka, SNS/SQS)
Exposure to AI/ML system integration
Knowledge of multi-cloud architectures
