Backend Game Developer – Shape the Future of iGaming

Are you a seasoned C++ developer with a passion for building high-performance, scalable systems? Do you want your code to power real-money gaming experiences played by millions across the globe? We're looking for a Backend Game Developer to join our team and help us push the boundaries of what's possible in the international online eGaming market.
What You'll Do
You'll be a cornerstone of our backend development team — not just writing code, but shaping how we build. From game logic and APIs to BackOffice administration tools, your fingerprints will be on the systems that keep our platform running smoothly and competitively.
Design and develop robust backend game logic, APIs, and configuration systems
Drive architectural decisions and tech stack choices that keep us ahead of the curve
Ensure cross-platform compatibility across all devices, channels, and markets
Proactively manage and reduce technical debt to keep our Game Server stable and performant
Leverage AI tools — including large language models like Claude by Anthropic — to accelerate development, improve code quality, and explore innovative game features
Maintain clear, thorough documentation as a standard — not an afterthought
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
Several years of backend development experience or equivalent, with strong C++ expertise
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent
Solid grasp of HTTP, XML, JSON, and web-based API design
Comfortable working in Microsoft Windows environments; Visual Studio experience is a plus
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS; .NET Core familiarity is a bonus
Curiosity about and hands-on experience with AI-assisted development workflows — using tools like Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar to write better code faster
Strong communicator in English — clear, direct, and collaborative
Structured and methodical, with a natural instinct for ownership and leadership
