You’ll be working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), collaborating across multiple Agile Release Trains. The initiatives you will participate in are at the forefront of our strategic initiatives, and your contributions will directly impact our success.
About the CDI Experience Organization:
The Consumer Direct Interaction Experience Organization is a Digital Product Organization responsible for delivering tech solutions to our end-users and consumers across both pre-purchase and post-purchase journeys. We are organized in 15+ digital product areas, providing solutions ranging from Contact Center, E-commerce, Marketing, and Identity to AI. You will play a key role in ensuring the right sizing, right skillset, and core competency across these product areas.
Who you are :-
We are looking for a C# .NET Backend Engineer to join our team. You will contribute to key backend initiatives, and help shape the foundation of our digital products. You’ll work closely with engineers and product managers to build scalable, performant, and maintainable applications using modern Microsoft technologies.
What You’ll Do:
Drive backend excellence: Contribute to the implementation of complex features and enhancements across our .NET-based platforms.
Collaborate across teams: Partner with product, design, and frontend teams to deliver robust, secure, and high-performing services.
Mentor and support peers: Provide thoughtful code reviews, share expertise, and help foster a strong engineering culture.
What We’re Looking For:
4+ years of backend development experience, with a strong track record of shipping high-quality, scalable applications.
Expert-level proficiency in C# .NET (Core or Framework), ASP.NET MVC, REST API, and related tooling.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
Experience working with Headless CMS platforms (preferably Optimizely CMS or Sanity CMS), including data modeling and integration.
Experience with React JS is a plus.
A collaborative approach with excellent communication skills in English and attention to detail.
