Overview of Role
66degrees is seeking a contractor to engage on a 3-month remote assignment as a technical lead for 40 hours per week with potential to extend. Interested candidates should have the following required skills, the ability to hit the ground running.
Qualifications
- 8+ years with a Relational Database Management System such as Oracle, Postgres, NoSQL (Cosmos DB or MongoDB)
- Solid experience working with Microservices or service oriented patterns, Cloud-Native architecture
- Strong experience with API and event-driven systems
- Strong knowledge of Domain Driven Design in a distributed system environment
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes
- Experience with unit testing/automated testing
- GCP Experience is highly desired however not required
- Background in professional services/consulting
- Strong communication skills
- Front-end experience with React
- Experience with Terraform
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, Cloud and automation
