We are looking for Junior (Mid) Backend Engineers (Java/Spring).
Your daily task:
- Develop Java Backend part of NAVER Cloud services.
- Participating in code reviews and architecture design.
- Proactive, can-do attitude and strong commitment.
Your background:
- 2+ years of work experience on Backend systems (junior/mid level) with Java applications to serve large-scale and high traffic projects.
- Have +1 years of experience in Java Spring-Framework.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
- Experience or strong knowledge of MSA and k8s.
- Experience in DevOps and CI/CD.
- Experience or strong knowledge one of databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB,...
- Understanding & experience in Data structure, Algorithm, Distributed Service, OOP.
- Open-minded, honest and have a positive attitude towards people.
- Good at communication skills in general and basic English skills in particular.
- Cloud Basics: Understanding of IaaS vs PaaS vs SaaS, compute/storage/network fundamentals.
- Networking Essentials: understand about network, DNS, load balancing, firewalls, VPC.
- Have knowledge on at least one cloud platform: AWS/GCP/Azure,…
It's a big plus if you:
- Have experience in Message Queue like Kafka.
- Have experience with ELK stack.
- Have experience with distributed systems (e.g. HBase, Vitese, etc.).
- Have experience in Server Architecture Design for handling massive traffic.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Have a certificate on one of above cloud platforms.
