YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:- Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-quality backend services.
- Taking full ownership of features—from brainstorming and design to deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
- Working closely with engineers, product managers, and customer success teams to build impactful solutions.
- Exploring and integrating AI-powered tools and workflows to drive innovation in our platform.
- Contributing ideas to improve team practices, engineering quality, and overall development efficiency.
- Ensuring system reliability with thoughtful monitoring, alerting, and robust CI/CD pipelines.
- Actively participating in our backend engineering community—sharing knowledge, discussing trends, and growing together.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:- You bring solid experience in backend development and know what it takes to build production-grade systems.
- You have hands-on experience—or are eager to get up to speed—with Kotlin, Spring, PostgreSQL, and Kafka.
- You take initiative and ownership of your work, and you're always looking for ways to improve.
- You thrive in collaborative, autonomous teams where sharing knowledge and giving feedback are part of everyday life.
- You enjoy working with both deep tech experts and product-oriented thinkers.
