- 3+ years of industry experience in software development
- Expertise in building backend applications or tools with Python or TypeScript and being open to gathering experience with the other one
- Experience with AI/LLM - speaking of usage of various large language models, knowledge of the tooling and ecosystem, such as Langchain or Llamahub, …
- Ability to autonomously work on weakly defined projects that require an experiment-driven and collaborative mindset
- Good communication skills in English
