What makes you a great fit
- 2–3 years of experience in software development (Java preferred, C++/Rust also considered)
- Understanding of system-level programming concepts
- Experience with data pipelines and APIs
- Ability to monitor data quality and troubleshoot system issues
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a small team
- Good communication skills and openness to feedback
Your day-to-day in this position
- Develop and maintain backend components primarily in Java (C++/Rust developers welcome to transition)
- Build, maintain, and improve data pipelines for real-time systems
- Monitor data quality and system performance, ensuring smooth operation
- Integrate and work with datasets via APIs
- Collaborate with research and development teams to deliver production-ready solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data flow and processing
- Participate in technical discussions and contribute to improving development processes
