Backend Developer

Your future role within QRT:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications that support AI-driven research and financial technology solutions.
• Work with technology teams and data scientists to integrate machine learning (ML) and large language model (LLM) technologies into user-facing and backend applications.
• Build high-performance APIs and data processing pipelines for AI model deployment and real-time analytics.
• Develop and optimize cloud-based and on-premises infrastructures to support scalable AI solutions.
• Ensure adherence to best software engineering practices, including clean coding, automated testing, and code reviews.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and improve software reliability.
• Stay updated on the latest AI trends and best practices to integrate emerging technologies into our development stack.

Your present skillset:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development with proficiency in Python.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML/LLM fundamentals.
• Backend expertise in developing RESTful APIs.
• Solid experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for high-quality software engineering.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating in a fast-paced, research-driven environment.
• Experience in modern any front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular is desirable.
• Experience with AWS is desirable.
