- Design and implement our products and infrastructure stack, including internal systems, user experience, and advanced security features.
- Research new technologies, products, solutions for programmatic challenges.
- Work in rapid development and agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with other team leaders and developers to refine software designs and improve our development process.
- Lead by example in adopting advanced technologies and techniques in software development.
- Plan and develop complex and high-scalable systems.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on software development experience in medium to large systems.
- Professional software development experience, with proven expertise in Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, Redis, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Kafka, NX..
- Strong experience with AWS services like: Lambda, SQS, SNS, S3 and EKS.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) in a microservice environment.
- Strong experience in designing, optimizing, and managing databases, with a deep understanding of data modeling, indexing, and performance tuning in both SQL and NoSQL environments.
- Experience with writing and maintaining unit and integration tests to ensure code quality, reliability, and performance.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
- Extensive experience in software architecture and design, capable of leading development efforts on complex projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- A track record of significant contributions to the development and success of robust software applications.
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills, able to work effectively within a cross-functional team to achieve shared goals.
