Stratos Technologies AG is a Swiss-based company providing a cutting-edge SaaS platform for the automotive after-sales market — helping leasing companies, fleet operators, insurance firms and OEMs manage service authorisations, maintenance, claims and customer interactions seamlessly.
What You’ll Be Working With
- Current stack: PHP and Java
- Database: MySQL (PostgreSQL experience is equally valuable)
- Infrastructure: GCP, Docker, VM-based systems, CI/CD pipelines
- Messaging: RabbitMQ and queue systems
What We’re Looking For
Must-haves:
- 4+ years of backend development experience
- Strong grasp of SOLID principles and their practical application
- Solid understanding of relational databases and query optimization
- Experience with message queues and asynchronous processing
- Knowledge of software architecture patterns and design
- Hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
- Cloud platform experience (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with PHP, Java, or Kotlin
- RabbitMQ specifically
- Experience with system migrations or refactoring
- Skill in leveraging AI tools effectively to accelerate development and problem-solving
