We’re looking for a skilled Backend Developer specializing in Go to join our hybrid team and take part in building a strategic new product from scratch. The system connects smart cameras installed in sports venues to powerful cloud-based infrastructure, delivering real-time video streaming at scale.
You’ll work in a pod-based structure, alongside backend and cloud experts, in a fast-paced Agile environment. If you love distributed systems, cloud-native development, and want to work with GO, AWS, and AI-integrated infrastructures — we’d love to meet you!
As part of your role, you will:
- Design and develop robust, cloud-based software systems using GO
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members including backend, cloud, and AI engineers
- Tackle real-world challenges involving video processing, hardware integration, and real-time delivery
- Work on a new product in early-stage development with significant architectural and technical ownership
- Build scalable, reliable services deployed on AWS
You should bring with you:
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with solid expertise in GO
- Strong experience working with cloud production environments (preferably AWS)
- Proficiency with Git and Linux-based development
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative pod
- Experience with Python, Node.js, C#, or C++
- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
- Familiarity with Docker, REST APIs, MQTT, and SQL/NoSQL databases
- Background in embedded or real-time systems
- Exposure to AI-integrated infrastructures (not algorithm development)
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments
