We are looking for a Backend Developer to join our DevExperience (DevEx) team. In this unique role, your "customers" are our own engineering teams. You will be responsible for building cross-organizational infrastructures, streamlining development workflows, and leading the integration of AI-driven tools into our R&D lifecycle. - 5+ years of experience in server-side development – Must.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science/Engineering – Must.
- Expertise in JVM languages: Proficiency in Java or Kotlin or Scala – 1 is a Must.
- Deep Backend Knowledge: Extensive experience with Spring / Spring Boot.
- Cloud & Dev Tools: Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka.
- Build Systems: Experience with Maven or Gradle.
- Data: Solid experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Microservices: Strong understanding of microservices architecture and best practices.
Bonus Points (The DevEx Edge)
- AI Enthusiast: Experience with integrating AI tools/APIs (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.) into workflows.
- Tooling Mindset: Proven track record of building internal tools, CLI utilities, or improving CI/CD pipelines.
- Passion for DX: A genuine desire to make life easier for fellow developers.
