At ONE ZERO, Israel’s first fully digital bank, we’re building the technology that powers a new era of intuitive, transparent, people-first banking. As our platform grows and our services expand, we’re looking for a Back Office professional to support and strengthen the operational foundation of our trading activity.
The Back Office function ensures the seamless execution, accuracy, and integrity of all trading operations. This role combines daily hands-on transaction management with participation in building new operational workflows, system requirements, and control processes.
You’ll be part of an innovative, pioneering project shaping the next generation of digital trading experiences within the bank.
- 3–5 years of experience in Back Office, trading operations, or financial transaction processing.
- Experience with banking systems.
- Background in financial institutions, fintech environments, or securities operations.
- Strong understanding of securities operations, clearing, settlement, reconciliations, and trade-related controls.
- High attention to detail, strong accountability, and the ability to work in a structured, process-oriented environment.
- Ability to build workflows from scratch and contribute to new operational infrastructures.
