Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications for the Back Office Supervisor:
- Educational Background: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree a plus.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in back office (mailroom and/or data entry) operations.
- Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze operational processes.
