Your tasks
- Work in the project management department of Kardex
- Processing customer orders in the SAP System
- Providing administrative support to the Project Manager, Sales Department as well as Service Department
- Maintaining communication with production facilities
- Maintaining communication with the customers
- Coordinating goods delivery
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an office environment (experience in a production or logistics environment is a plus)
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written (B2+) – mandatory
- Experience working with an ERP system; knowledge of SAP will be an additional advantage
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite
- High personal culture (professional demeanor)
- Ability to work effectively in a team
