Responsibilities:
- Client Documentation and Compliance Review and verify client identification documents in line with KYC and AML regulations.
- Ensure all required forms are completed correctly and that client information is accurate and compliant with applicable legal and regulatory standards.
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring timely and efficient account activation.
- Collaborate with the compliance team to identify and escalate any risks or inconsistencies found in client documentation.
- Assist clients in completing onboarding requirements, providing guidance and support where needed.
- Accurately input and update client information in the CRM and other internal systems.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
- Generate regular reports on onboarding progress, client issues, and compliance concerns for management review.
- Maintain comprehensive and organized documentation of client communications and onboarding activities, ensuring readiness for audits or regulatory reviews.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in a back office, compliance, or customer support role in a financial services or trading environment is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with financial products (stocks, CFDs, crypto, etc.) and trading platforms is an advantage.
- Proficient with CRM systems, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), and database management tools.
- Experience with trading platforms (e.g., MetaTrader, Capital.com platform) and KYC/AML tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of financial regulations such as MiFID II, GDPR, and KYC/AML requirements.
- Understanding of industry standards for onboarding processes and customer verification.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) for dealing with clients and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR).
- Availability to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends, morning or afternoon shifts.
