As a member of our Operations team in Luxembourg, you will discover various Middle Office / Operations activities and learn how much they are central and critical to our Maison, worldwide. You will be an all-rounder and work with our main Operations teams, such as:
Security Master File: Opening and updating information in the Security Masterfile database on financial instruments held by our clients.
Income: Payment of dividends, coupons and redemptions on behalf of our clients for all markets and all types of financial instruments, including structured products and derivatives
Reconciliation: Reconcile cash, securities, listed derivatives, precious metals, etc. Comparing transactions and balances of the Bank’s books with our network of cash counterparties, securities depositories, Transfer Agents etc.
Operational Taxes: Preparation of tax calculations and statements for Europe- based retail clients and enterprises.
