How your day-to-day in this role will look:
- Respond to all customer inquiries within given timescales, efficiently and effectively, and to develop and maintain full technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Recognize when a problem or query should be transferred to another department or a more senior member of staff
- Deal with all correspondence as requested/required
- Responsible for maintaining and updating all administration
- Exhibit close attention to detail when documenting cases and following processes
- Be comfortable navigating multiple systems to research information and resolve cases efficiently
- Manage workload effectively while meeting quality, productivity, and compliance KPIs
- Adapt quickly to policy changes and new campaign launches
Requirements
What do you need to be successful at this job?
- Minimum C1 German
- Good command of MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure to achieve deadlines
- Assist our players with any issues they might experience or report
- Focus on the player and provide the ultimate player experience
- Listen to the voice of the players and communicate it further to the appropriate teams
- Work with our team to improve our processes
