Position Purpose:

The function of a supervisor is to assist management in keeping the venue atmosphere to Company standards, while learning to take the first steps in viewing the venue as a master of ceremonies. Supervisors are responsible for orchestrating entry level management tasks in a controlled space. This position is always chaperoned by another ringleader of management to properly guide the individual as they learn to see the venue in a different light. Throughout this program supervisors take the first step in representing the management team while evaluating if this is an equally fit opportunity on both sides. Through the 6-month training program supervisors see a day in the life of a manager on a smaller scale. Supervisors are provided guidance, coaching, and the tools to be successful in their training while being given daily and weekly accruing goals to embark on their future journey.
