YOUR ROLE
As a Backend .Net Developer, you will be entrusted with building robust, scalable, and secure back-end services that power client-facing solutions tailored to diverse markets and regulations. Your main responsibilities will include:
Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality .Net APIs and services that integrate seamlessly with front-end applications and other platform components.
Collaborating closely with Product Owners, UX Designers, and other developers within cross-functional Agile teams, following the SAFe framework’s quarterly planning cycles.
Ensuring code quality through peer reviews, automated tests, and continuous integration pipelines.
Addressing performance, scalability, and security challenges inherent to multi-currency, multi-country platforms.
Troubleshooting and resolving production issues promptly, while contributing to technical documentation and knowledge sharing sessions.
Embracing and driving continuous improvement in practices, tools, and automation, aligned with the SmartER Factory’s core values: speaking your mind, building trust, maintaining a winning spirit, and having fun while working hard.

YOUR PROFILE
Required Technical Skills
Proven experience in backend development using .Net Core / .Net 6+.
Strong knowledge of C#, RESTful API design, and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases, and ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework.
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps culture.
Good grasp of security best practices for APIs and data protection regulations compliance.
