About
the Role
We are
looking for a Back End for Front End (BFF) Developer to build middleware
services that connect backend microservices with the front-end portal.
Working
closely with Frontend, Backend, UX, and other engineering teams, you will
design and develop BFF services that orchestrate APIs, handle authentication,
optimize data delivery, and provide a reliable interface between the portal and
backend services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop BFF
middleware services that connect the front-end portal with backend
microservices.
- Orchestrate and aggregate data
from multiple backend services to support front-end requirements.
- Translate business and
front-end requirements into effective BFF solutions.
- Implement authentication and
secure communication between services.
- Develop and integrate REST
and/or GraphQL APIs.
- Implement caching strategies to
improve application performance and responsiveness.
- Troubleshoot integration and
middleware issues across front-end and backend services.
- Collaborate with Frontend,
Backend, UX, and other engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Technical Skills
- BFF Architecture: Understanding of Backend for
Frontend patterns and middleware service design.
- Backend: Node.js and/or Java with
Spring Boot.
- API Integration: REST, GraphQL, API
orchestration, and service aggregation.
- Security: Authentication and secure
service-to-service communication.
- Performance: Caching strategies and
middleware performance optimization.
Skills Required
- Ability to collaborate effectively across frontend, backend, UX, and other technical teams
