项目背景
我们正在推进一个基于 RFID 的全链路商品追踪项目：
- R1 已完成：RFID 采购履约、EPC 编码生成/作废等核心能力已上线
- R2 正在推进：聚焦大仓 & 门店场景，覆盖收货、补/改标、销售/退货、EPC 状态流转等高价值业务
团队已有成熟 Java 技术栈与 Tech Lead 把控整体架构，本岗位重点负责 R2 业务功能交付与系统集成联调。
岗位职责
后端业务开发
- 基于现有 Spring Boot 微服务（MySQL + MongoDB + Redis）开发并维护 API
- 按需开发新的后台服务，支撑 RFID 相关业务场景
系统集成与联调
- 对接 RFID 硬件平台（读写器、POS、门店设备等），完成接口开发与协议适配
- 对接外部系统（WMS / OMS /电商渠道），保障数据一致性与可追溯性
质量保障
- 编写单元测试与集成测试，参与 Code Review
- 配合 QA 复现、定位并修复缺陷
现场与远程问题排查
- 参与大仓 / 门店测试环境或现场联调
- 快速定位接口异常、数据不一致等问题，推动闭环解决
任职要求
必备条件：
- 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3 年及以上 Java 后端开发经验
- 熟练使用 Spring Boot，熟悉 MySQL、MongoDB、Redis 的使用与常见问题排查
- 有实际接口开发经验，能独立完成 RESTful API 设计与实现
- 具备基本的系统问题排查能力（日志分析、SQL 调试、缓存问题定位等）
- 良好的沟通协作意识，能在跨团队项目中主动推进问题解决
加分项：
- 有 RFID / IoT / 硬件对接经验，了解 EPC、标签状态流转等业务概念
- 有电商中台、WMS / OMS / ERP 对接经验
- 对系统架构有一定理解，能参与技术方案讨论与设计
- 有现场实施或客户联调经验，抗压能力强

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years Java backend development experience
- Proficient with Spring Boot and microservice development
- Familiarity with MySQL, MongoDB, Redis and common troubleshooting
- Practical experience developing RESTful APIs
- Basic system problem diagnosis (log analysis, SQL debugging, cache issues)
- Good communication and cross-team collaboration skills
- RFID / IoT / hardware integration experience and understanding of EPC/tag lifecycle
- Experience integrating with e-commerce middle platform, WMS / OMS / ERP
- Understanding of system architecture and ability to contribute to design discussions
- On-site implementation or customer integration experience
- Familiarity with AI tools to assist coding, documentation, and learning
- Proactive, strong learning ability and ability to work under pressure
