Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain the backend services for the game distribution platform, with a highly available and scalable server-side architecture
- Design and implement a multi-tenant architecture supporting data isolation
- Design and implement the storage and delivery solution for large game files (object storage / CDN, signed download URLs, resumable downloads, version management)
- Build backend APIs and permission systems for the operations admin panel and publisher portal
- Design and deliver the search solution (e.g., Elasticsearch) to power full-text search and filtering of games
- Ensure system performance, concurrency, security, and observability (monitoring, logging, alerting)
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 5+ years of backend development experience
- Strong command of GoLang
- Proficiency with AI coding tools(Claude Code, Gemini, etc)
- Solid RESTful API design skills; familiar with microservice architecture
- Familiar with relational database (MySQL/PostgreSQL) design and optimization; knowledge of NoSQL (Redis, etc.)
- Familiar with message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ), caching, and other middleware
- Solid engineering fundamentals: coding standards, unit testing, Git, CI/CD
Gaming Requirements
- Understanding of the Chinese gaming industry
- Experience in Chinese game building, publishing, operation on main Chinese gaming platforms
- Experience in backend development for game or game platform
- Familiarity with server-side integration of game SDK (accounts, in-app purchases, real-name verification)
- Familiarity with in-app purchase (IAP), virtual goods, orders
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS / white-label platform architecture
