Job Description:
We are seeking a Baan Sales & Distribution Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive functional experience in implementing and supporting Baan Order Management, Procurement and Inventory Management module. Candidate should have experience in Baan IV, ERP LN FP3 and LN 10.4 ERP versions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Support: Leading Production support for Baan Order Management, Procurement and Inventory Management module. Identifying and resolving complex issues while providing support to end users on Baan ERP applications. Provide support third-party interfaces and ensure data integrity.
- Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues related to Order Management, Procurement and Inventory Management modules. Identify root causes of problems and implement effective solutions.
- User support: Providing technical support to end users on Baan ERP applications, addressing queries and resolving issues.
- Training: Developing and delivering training materials and sessions for end-users on Order Management, Procurement and Inventory Management modules.
- Knowledge Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures. Contribute to the development and maintenance of a knowledge base for easy access to information.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with clients, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth application management.
- Data Analysis: Develop simple to medium complexity SQL scripts to extract ERP data for analysis.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in application performance, processes, and user experience. Participate in the development and implementation of new enhancements.
- Business Requirements Analysis: Understanding client's business processes and identifying areas for improvement using Order Management, Procurement and Inventory Management modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
- Data Migration: Develop Source to Target ERP mappings from or to Order Management, Procurement and Inventory Management modules.
- Mentoring: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
- 5+ years of experience working with Baan ERP (Baan IV, ERP LN FP3 and LN 10.4 ERP versions) Order Management, Procurement and Inventory Management modules.
- Strong understanding of Order Management, Procurement and Inventory Management modules.
- Knowledgeable in Business requirement analysis, Gap identification, Solution proposals and Design development.
- Proficient in ERP data analysis using SQL tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with functional teams and business users.
