We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven B2C Sales Representative to join our team at Expat Explore, a leading company on Coach Tours around the world. As a B2C Sales Representative, you will be responsible for acquiring new B2C clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth. Added to these, you will be constantly providing feedback related to the industry, competitors and customers while dealing with negotiations and booking for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

The primary duty of the sales representative is to sell Expat Explore products. This includes fielding customer queries and providing customers with product information. The sales representative is also required to follow up with customers about product satisfaction and provide the marketing and sales team with customer input.

Other:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and acquiring new B2C clients in the travel industry.
  • Research potential clients, gather information about their travel requirements, and generate leads through various channels.
  • Understand clients' travel needs, analyse their requirements, and recommend suitable travel arrangements and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting in negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to secure profitable agreements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, customer service, and finance to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress using our internal systems.
  • Assist when needed the other areas of the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in B2C sales, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to understand and analyse client requirements to provide solutions.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting.
  • Knowledge of the travel industry, including destinations, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Analytical, passionate and collaborative attitude is a must.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience within the travel industry
  • Exposure and experience within the B2C sector
  • Mid-level sales experience
