We’re looking for energetic, driven sales professionals who are fluent in English and passionate about travel.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation: $45,000–$70,000 yearly (base + commission, performance-based), offered under an independent contractor agreement

What You'll Do:

  • Qualify incoming prospects to turn them into business opportunities
  • Identify the client's travel needs to match the right company product for the client
  • Navigate your client through the product options to close the deal with you
  • Master customer care skills to ensure a perfect client experience, loyalty, and recommendation
  • Establish individual relationships with your clients to be a trusted business partner for all their travel needs
  • Working in a team of 4-6 agents together with a team leader
  • Completing sales targets
  • Make mistakes, but don’t make the same mistake twice. No one has ever done what we are doing, so fasten your seatbelt
  • Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT
What We’re Looking For:
  • Fluent English (C1 or higher)
  • Experience in Sales, Customer Support, or Service roles
  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience working or communicating with U.S. clients is a plus
  • Additional languages, such as Ukrainian or Russian, are a strong advantage
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and international mindset
  • Active work authorization in the United States is required
