Within this global framework, the EMEA/LATAM Region stands out as a particularly diverse, complex and geographically broad area and requires clear prioritization, seamless networking, simplified approaches, and accelerated implementation.

As a B2C Digital Campaign Manager in the Digital & Growth Marketing Subchapter for EMEA/LATAM, you will play a key role in accelerating our impact in the healthcare space. Your role is pivotal in co-creating and driving the regional roll-out and continuous optimization of globally developed digital marketing campaigns.

Your general accountability is defined by the Roche corporate directives, guidelines and operating principles, as well as by the company's core values and behaviors. In the particular role you will have the following major responsibilities: 

  • Co-create global B2C & B2B2C digital marketing strategies and translate them into actionable plans tailored to EMEA/LATAM, with a focus on Near Patient Care (Point of Care)

  • Lead the roll-out and execution of global B2C & B2B2C campaigns across Marketing & Sales Organizations, ensuring strategic alignment and local relevance

  • Advise global, regional, and affiliate teams on B2C & B2B2C campaign concept, design and execution while establishing best practices and operational standards

  • Monitor and share insights on B2C & B2B2C digital trends, competitor strategies, platform innovations, and emerging technologies in the region

  • Foster a culture of data-driven experimentation by partnering with pilot markets to test, learn, and scale advanced marketing tactics

  • Embrace feedback and market complexity as opportunities to adapt and enhance digital marketing effectiveness continuously

  • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
     

Who you are
  • Experienced international digital marketing professional with 5+ years in B2C & B2B2C digital marketing campaign management, ideally in MedTech or healthcare

  • Proven track record of leading international digital marketing campaigns with a preference for the EMEA/LATAM region, understanding nuances of localization and regional adaptation

  • Curious and proactive, with a growth mindset and passion for innovation

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple complex campaigns and projects simultaneously across different geographies, ensuring timely delivery

  • Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (both written and verbal)

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and consultatively with senior stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions with clarity and seniority
