Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented B2C Business Analyst to join our growing team and help drive business performance through data. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights across product, marketing, and operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, optimize key metrics, and support strategic decision-making with high-quality analytical output.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, review and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools
- Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses
- Understand and analyze the financial and operational impact of any changes
- Analyze Marketing Promotions and their effectiveness
- Analyze Products separately and as one ecosystem
- Perform business requirements analysis
- Analyze business income and revenue
- Initiate technical, business, or marketing changes that will grow the business
- Provide analytical and other reports regarding business
- Other tasks from management related to business analysis
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in business or an MBA or a related field
- Knowledge of MS Office, Power BI
- Knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of Python will be a plus
- High proficiency in Armenian, English, and Russian languages is a must
- Experience in gaming (will be a plus)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
