About the role
SalesCaptain has an exciting mission, helping startups and international businesses build a sustainable sales pipeline and grow their revenues, through go-to-market outreach campaigns, ads, and content. Our team has experience working with companies like Ad World, Nestle, Revolut, Nokia, and Singapore Changi Airport.
We are currently looking for a talented B2B Social Media Growth Specialist to help us achieve rapid and sustainable growth for SalesCaptain in the international markets through content strategies that convert strangers into leads.
Requirements
What you'll do ✨
- Creating and distributing viral content on LinkedIn, X and other social channels
- Crafting ad copy and designing ad creatives for Paid Ads campaigns
- Brainstorming concepts, copywriting, and designing visuals for Paid Ads campaigns
- Writing copy for landing pages to assist with Lead generation and CRO activities
- Synthesizing and distributing Case Studies, Industry Reports, Lead Magnets, and other Marketing materials
- Organizing and promoting webinars for SalesCaptain
Who you are ❤️🔥
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Marketing, Content, or Advertising
- Experience creating, and promoting content, with the goal of going viral on social media platforms
- Campaign experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads or TikTok Ads would be an advantage
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the Tech industry, B2B Software, or at a Marketing agency
- (Bonus) If you’ve created content that went viral for any of your past campaigns

Skills Required
