Join The CrewWe are hiring a B2B Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our Business Development and Strategy team. This position reports to the Director, B2B, and takes Away further by driving the operations of our corporate gifting program. This opportunity is crucial in supporting the execution of our sales strategy, ensuring our corporate gifting program is efficient and prepared for a future of automated, self-service capabilities.
What you’ll do as the B2B Sales & Operations CoordinatorYou’ll execute the end-to-end corporate sales process from initial inquiry through to final fulfillment, ensuring 100% accuracy in personalization and shipping logistics
You’ll serve as a primary owner of B2B data entry, ensuring all client interactions and order details are captured to provide a "single source of truth" for the team
You’ll coordinate targeted outbound prospecting campaigns to generate new interest within key priority verticals
You’ll proactively identify friction points in the B2B customer journey and partner with your manager to design more efficient workflows
You’ll be the day-to-day point of contact for the portal, troubleshooting user friction points, and escalating technical bugs to the Product/Tech teams to ensure a smooth automated UX
You’ll process complex personalization and global logistics requests that fall outside the automated system, providing high-quality service for high-touch clients
You’ll monitor the automated sales funnel for stalled leads or system errors, taking immediate action to resolve issues and maintain revenue flow
You’ll assist in identifying and qualifying high-potential accounts that require personalized outreach, generating a pipeline for the broader B2B team
You’ll serve as a Brand Ambassador at industry events, conferences, and tradeshows to generate awareness and support lead-generation efforts
You have a minimum of 1 years of experience in sales operations, account coordination, or in a high-volume administrative role
You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks or orders simultaneously without losing accuracy
You are an excellent verbal and written communicator, with the ability to act as a exemplary point of contact for both internal production teams and external clients
You have experience working in CRM Systems, as well as experience using Excel/Google Sheets to track data and maintain "source of truth" data
You are a proactive and creative problem solver that is exçited to bring solutions to the table
You thrive in a "no ego" environment and are happy to roll up your sleeves to support the team, whether that’s preparing a last-minute sales deck or troubleshooting a shipping error at the warehouse
You’re creative and innovative; you love to build great new things that are fresh and unique while staying on brand
You’re agile, and motivated by a fast-paced and ever changing environment

Our total rewards are inclusive of both compensation and benefits. What we offer within a salary range is dependent on a number of factors, including scope and qualifications for the role, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Away employees. Salary and benefit offerings are reviewed during phone screenings to ensure alignment.
Compensation: $85,000 - 90,000 annually
This role is eligible to participate in Away’s Annual Company Performance Incentive Bonus Plan, the terms of which are determined at the discretion of the company
Equity Grant: commensurate with level determined at the discretion of the company

This is an office-based position that works from our Soho, NYC office four days a week. Our working hours are 9am-6pm et, but we embrace a common-sense approach to flexibility in the workplace. It’s about being present, engaged, and balancing work with real-life needs.
