Hunkemöller collaborates with various wholesale partners such as Zalando, About You, Asos and Nordstrom, just to name a few. The core task is to support the team across the entire fashion season: from the start when we present the new collection and collect the orders to the delivery of the orders and the in-season management of stock. You do this by combining solid account management and with high operational excellence.
You’ll support the team with these daily and seasonal tasks:
- Responsible for all the back-office sales support of the assigned wholesale accounts.
- Develop an effective relationship with partners as well as internally with various stakeholders such as marketing, buying and logistics and finance
- Implement, monitor and report on sales, marketing and promotions performance incl. exclusive collaborations
- Product allocation in SAP, process preorder and reorders in SAP, stock/orders management, master data enrichment, pricing and sales administration
- Working closely with logistics to arrange shipments of ordered goods and purchase order details needed
- Ensure quarterly orderbook is complete and processed in the ERP system, confirmed to the wholesale partners and purchase orders are processed internally
- Manage in-season sell-through strategy as well as identifying sales opportunities
- Prepare per quarter the Buying season, including preparation of the showroom and assortment overviews
Our perfect candidate has the following:
- You’re passionate about E-Commerce &/or wholesale and gained in a sales support (B2B) function
- You have a Bachelors’ degree (minimum requirement) with a minimum of 1-2 years relevant work experience
- You are results-driven and will need English language skills (written and verbal); as well as the ability to build relationships and to optimise your commercial insights and critical
- You’re an analytical thinker and highly numerate. You’re also able to work flexibly & independently within deadlines
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you need to be able to adjust quickly to changing plans & priorities
- You need to have a 'can do' mentality and be quick in getting things done effectively
- Microsoft Office Skills: maintain and improve spreadsheets, data validation and analysis, proficient use of vlookups and index match as well as pivot tables
- Experience with ERP systems, especially order management
- It's a plus if you already had experience in fashion/lifestyle
