• Be a Hunter (Outbound Sales): Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and cold email to find 20-50 high-quality leads per day (Agency Owners, Founders, CEOs).

• The First Contact: Send personalized messages that get replies. You will use our own AI tools to write these 10x faster than a normal human.

• Consultative Selling: When they reply, you don't just pitch. You ask smart questions. "What is your manual workflow?" "How much time does that take?" Then you offer our solution.

• Community Building: Be the "cool expert" in our Discord and on Reddit. Engage with users, answer questions, and turn community members into clients.

• Close the Deal: Manage the pipeline from "Hello" to "Contract Signed" (with help from the founders).

• Fearless Communicator: You are not afraid to message a CEO or get on a Zoom call with a stranger in New York or London.

• Advanced English: You will be speaking to international clients. Your written and spoken English must be flawless. (No "Dear Sir/Madam" vibes. We need professional, conversational English).

• Tech Savvy: You understand that AI is the future. You use ChatGPT/Claude daily and want to learn how to sell it.

• Resilient: Sales is about hearing "No" 20 times to get 1 "Yes." You don't give up.

Since our clients are in Europe and the US, you may have few meetings outside of office hours depending on the client's time zone.
